Health & Diet

At Aristocrat Cattery we are committed to providing the best care for your cat. Sarah, Emily and Jane all have extensive experience working in the animal care industry. Your cat will be in safe hands because Sarah is a fully trained veterinary nurse with several years of experience of working in veterinary practices. We pride ourselves on our excellent health and safety record which is achieved by making sure certain conditions are adhered to. This will safeguard not only the health and wellbeing of your cat but also that of the other cats in the Cattery.

Safety

Sarah is a fully trained and experienced veterinary nurse. Please inform us of any medical conditions your cat has prior to their stay, including minor health issues.

Vaccinations

Current F3 vaccination certificate required. Vaccination boosters are required annually for continued protection for your cat (unless otherwise stated by your vet). Boosters should be administered at least 2 weeks prior to your cat’s stay to give the vaccine time to work.

Parasite Prevention

Your cat should be treated for fleas and worms prior to boarding. We recommend Advocate® spot-on flea and worm treatment.

Diet

We provide high quality dry and tinned food for your cat.  If your cat is on a special diet, a fussy eater or sensitive to a change in food then you are welcome to bring your cat’s own food from home.

Emergency Contacts

You must provide us with contact details for yourself while you are away, or a trusted person who can act on your behalf.

Medication

Cattery staff are able to administer most medications. Please let us know when booking if your cat requires medication.
